Fertility-Infertility Counselling

Infertility is hard! Lack of the unknown, unable to be in control of your life, and not being able to plan next steps can be a huge component of the infertility journey. Many find infertility an isolating and devastating experience. Infertility affects every aspect of one’s life: emotionally, mentally, physically, sexually, financially, and relationally. Many aspiring parents feel overwhelmed, sad, anxious, frustrated and isolated. This can be an extremely overwhelming and lonely time. Counselling can support individuals, couples and families experiencing primary or secondary infertility. Fertility Counselling could also benefit those who are seeking assisted fertility options due to sexual orientation, gender identity, relationship status or unrelated medical condition.

My counselling services are designed to help you through these difficult times and fill your database of resources to access for coping skills. Having resources and skills will allow you to feel more prepared and give you the stamina to endure the unknown fertility journey you are on. My primary goal is to provide my clients with the emotional support and understanding you need and deserve during this challenging time. I personally know the complexities of the fertility journey and I have a sincere desire to reduce the distress that comes with it.
